This web page mirrors the terms substance available in the ReadInward app, including account use, subscriptions, AI-generated content, user content, intellectual property, and support contact details.

Operator

ReadInward is operated by Content to Help, LLC, doing business as ReadInward. These terms apply to the ReadInward website, mobile applications, audio features, AI tools, and related services.

Service

ReadInward provides AI-generated and editorially processed book summaries, key takeaways, audio summaries, personalized reading plans, reflections, AI Growth Guide conversations, and related personal development tools. ReadInward does not provide full books.

Accounts and eligibility

The service is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity under their account.

Subscriptions and payments

ReadInward may offer limited free access and paid monthly or annual plans. Mobile subscriptions are handled through Apple or Google. Website subscriptions are processed by Stripe and may be managed through account settings or by contacting help@readinward.com.

AI-generated content

Book summaries, reading plans, audio summaries, key takeaways, and Growth Guide responses may be generated or assisted by AI and can contain inaccuracies or omissions. They are informational and educational aids, not professional, medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

Books and intellectual property

ReadInward summaries are intended to communicate ideas, themes, commentary, and practical applications in original language. Books, covers, titles, author names, publisher materials, and quoted passages remain the property of their respective rights holders. ReadInward should not be used as a substitute for purchasing, borrowing, or reading the original book.

User content

If you submit reflections, messages, notes, support requests, or other content, you are responsible for what you submit and for having any rights needed to submit it. You grant ReadInward the limited rights needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.

Rights-holder requests

Authors, publishers, agents, counsel, and other authorized rights holders can submit copyright, attribution, factual, metadata, or opt-out concerns at readinward.com/rights. The rights page also provides the formal notice email address. ReadInward may temporarily disable, revise, or remove challenged material while a request is reviewed.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another user’s account, scrape protected content, interfere with security controls, submit unlawful material, or use ReadInward in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Crisis support

The Growth Guide is not a licensed therapist or crisis service. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or suicidal thoughts in the United States, call or text 988 or contact local emergency services.

Availability and changes

ReadInward may change, pause, remove, regenerate, or update features, book summaries, audio, prices, access levels, or supported platforms. We may correct errors or remove content when needed for quality, rights, safety, or operational reasons.
