ReadInward collects account information, reading preferences, highlights, notes, reflections, coach conversations, device data, and usage data so the service can provide personalized reading plans and coaching. We do not collect biometric data, microphone audio, or precise GPS location, and we do not sell personal information.
How AI works
ReadInward uses AI providers, including OpenAI, to generate book summaries, reading recommendations, personalized reading plans, and Growth Guide responses. Growth area selections, reading preferences, conversation messages, and related context may be sent for processing. Name, email, and payment information are not sent to AI providers.
Service providers
The service uses trusted providers for authentication, hosting, analytics, payments, media storage, and AI processing, including Firebase, Google Cloud Platform, Stripe, Apple, Google Play, AWS, Cloudflare, RevenueCat, and OpenAI.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information by contacting privacy@readinward.com. Mobile app account deletion is available in the app settings. Web account deletion requests can be sent to privacy@readinward.com.
